Fresh Products 2020

A couple of notable updates for 2020. First our fresh mushroom production capabilities will increase over that of 2019 and we will be actively seeking new outlets for distribution. Secondly, we have added a small microgreen growing operation and look forward to bringing these products out to the local marketplace. Lastly, shiitake grow kits are available. They are constructed to be more easily managed than full size logs and are great for producing small quantities of mushrooms regularly.
